Girls Varsity Softball makes it to State

After losing Tuesday night’s away game the girl’s softball team at Snohomish High school is now taking the long route to State.

With a score of 15-5 the Snohomish girl’s softball team beat Jackson High School and then moved on to play a second game in districts. The girl’s second game was against Monroe High School where they lost with a score of 11-8. Although the Snohomish Panthers lost their second game in districts they still have a chance to qualify and make it to state if they win both of their games on Thursday. READ STORY »

Girls Golf Swings their way to State

The SHS Girl’s Golf team had a great round in the District match qualifying four of our girls to go to State tournament next week. This was a school record that four girls qualified which only 13 players go to State from Wesco and it included Seniors  Dani Weir, Missy Colegrove, Ashley Holten, and Junior Bailey Wells. Lacrosse Team Prepares for Big Game

The Snohomish Boys Varsity Lacrosse team is playing in the semi-final game at Glacier Peak High School at 7:30 PM to gain them a spot in the state competition Wednesday, May, 23.

The semi-final game will be against Nathan Hale Lacrosse club, a team from Seattle whose record is 13-3; the Snohomish team has a record of 17-0. Harrison Wartes, a junior and mid-fielder on the team says that “[his] team has a very high chance of winning because [they] are undefeated and Nathan Hale only has about three good players.” READ STORY »

SHS Girl's Varsity Tennis heads to Districts

On May 16, SHS Girls Varsity tennis went to the district competition. With a regular season record of 12-3, Districts looked promising for the Panthers.

In sub-districts Seniors Gabby Wilson and Julia Young were North Wesco champs, giving them first seed for districts in doubles. “I was really excited for districts,” Wilson said.   READ STORY »

Panthers triumph against Spartans

On Tuesday, April 17, at Snohomish High School the Panthers battled the Stanwood Spartans in a Varsity Baseball game at their home field. The Panthers won the games 8-4 after a slow start to the game. READ STORY »
