Snohomish Loses to Monroe

SHS had another loss Friday night as the Monroe Bearcats won against the Panthers 55-0.

Kickoff was at 7p.m. and lasted for close to three hours. Panther fans and Bearcats showed up to root for their teams.

“[The game was] rough. [There was] not enough execution on offense or defense,” says senior Derick DeVries, a linebacker for the Panthers.

There were multiple key players that were injured and unable to play in this game, including seniors Peyton Plucker and Derick Devries.

Senior Mitch Morris was also hurt during the game.

The next game for the Panthers will be this Friday at home against the Lake Stevens. The homecoming game will be October 16 at home against Kamiak.
