Fall Recgonition Assembly introduces Winter Spirit Week

The fall recognition assembly was held to recognize panthers of the quarter and to introduce winter spirit week. The assembly was hometown pride themed and emceed by Senior Jake Hammond and Junior Marshall Peterson. Girls soccer, girls and boys cross country, girls volleyball, girls swim and dive, and boys tennis were the teams that were recognized for their accomplishments. Each team came out and did a short dance together.
Principle Beth Porter read off the names and Athletic Director Mark Perry gave out the awards for panthers of the quarter. Then they had a fashion show giving people an idea of what to wear for winter spirit week. Winter spirit week is December 16 -20. The days are as follows: Monday pajama day, Tuesday green and red day (girls wear green and boys wear red), Wednesday white out, Thursday snow gear and Friday is holiday sweater and hat day.
