Homecoming Queen of 2013 crowned

Senior Annie Rose Crookshank was crowned as the Homecoming Queen of 2013 at the Coronation Assembly this Monday.

“To be completely honest, I didn’t even think it was me,” Crookshank said. Upon winning, she forgot what was going on. After being prompted by Senior Shelby Garrison, who was sitting right beside her, Crookshank was able to receive her crown and the title of Homecoming Queen. “I thought that it was going to be Shelby,” Crookshank explained.

“I was really happy for her and our school because I think she is a great representative,” ASB Executive Council Advisor Vince Ivelia said.

Ivelia said that he was excited when he heard Crookshank had won. “She’s perfect… she loves being a panther.”
