Early Learning Open House

The Early Learning class at Snohomish High School, taught by Linsey Haywood, hosted an open house on Friday, September 28.
During the open house, the early learning students had the opportunity to show off a project they created involving their dream career in the child care field.
Blair Govaert, a student in the class, aspires to pursue a career in the field of child law. Her project reflected on her career choice by showcasing certain aspects of her dream office, designed specifically to fit the needs of the children she would be working with.
“Along with the program curriculum, this class also goes out to local preschools three times a week. I really hope that the open house will encourage both more awareness of the class, and higher enrollment in the class.” Haywood said.
